Barbecue Night

Just had ribs from "Buz and Ned's Real Barbecue" in Richmond, Virginia. It is advertised as Richmond's only 100% wood cooked barbecue since 1992. This Barbecue is the winner of the food network's Throw Down with Bobby Flay. It also appeared on the travel channel's "Man vs Food" with Adam Ziamond. According to The Story online, "Buz travelled the country and learned secret family recipes. On one of his journeys, He ran across Ned. Ned produced the best BBQ. It was a recipe that had been handed down for over 150 years. Jim wanted BBQ and finally got it. We both enjoyed it.
